The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The rooftop terrace offered a great view of the surrounding area.
The language barrier was a big issue - staff struggled to communicate in English. The room was dated and could have used some renovation work.

This hotel is a great choice for road cyclists like us! The location in the Harz mountains is perfect for some serious biking. We even had the pleasure of cycling with the hotel director, who is a passionate cyclist himself. The attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff really impressed us. We also loved the clean and comfortable rooms, and the delicious breakfast buffet.
No major issues, just a minor improvement needed.

This hotel offers a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. I especially loved its location down the hill, providing a peaceful escape in the city centre, nestled in the beautiful Harz mountains. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of having a double bed. The breakfast buffet was satisfying and offered a good variety of options. Additionally, the rooftop terrace with a forest view was a delightful feature that added to the overall positive experience.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was superb and there was nothing that needed improvement.

Room was big and clean, beautiful mountain view from balcony. Breakfast had variety of options and was delicious. Great location for exploring the surrounding area.
Our romantic escape was ruined by the noise from other guests in the hotel. Walls were thin, and we could hear people talking, laughing and even snoring until late at night.
